You can visit our exhibitions featuring unique and award-winning works by contemporary artists from our country and around the world. Get inspired by life and art at HAN.

ALKAŞ

Alkaş was founded in 1997 by Avi Alkaş with the aim of providing project development, leasing, and management services to the shopping center and retail sector. Alkaş, realizing dozens of shopping malls and mixed-use real estate projects such as Akmerkez, Istinye Park, Galleria, and Zorlu Center, was acquired by JLL, one of the world's leading commercial real estate companies, in 2007. With Avi Alkaş becoming the Country Manager of JLL Turkey, the Leasing and Management Services function was transferred to JLL Turkey."

In 2010, Alkaş renewed its motto as 'Synergy of Services' and expanded its services, continuing to provide services to the retail and real estate sectors through Fair Organization, Sponsorship, Event, and Consulting activities. Since 2013, Alkaş has been running the Alp Alkaş Real Estate and Retail School, which brings professionals to the industry, in collaboration with Özyeğin University. Alkaş has added consultancy and training in the field of gastronomy retail to its service network and is a strategic partner of international MIPIM and MAPIC fairs.

NURUS

Nurus was founded in 1927 by Nurettin Usta. The legacy of Nurettin Usta was taken over by his daughter Birten Gökyay, the first registered female industrialist in the Ankara Chamber of Industry, and her husband Akın Gökyay. In the 1980s, steps were taken towards institutionalization, and the Nurus brand was born, moving away from the name Nurettin Usta. Since the 1980s, with the increasing demand from the private sector and public institutions, Nurus has specialized in the production of office furniture. Nurus aims to design furniture and new technologies to create spaces that increase socialization, reduce hierarchy, bring different generations together, and support health, happiness, and motivation.

With over 500 employees and timeless products that integrate craftsmanship with technology, Nurus is a global brand exporting to more than 50 countries. Nurus has representations in Germany and Dubai. It has won numerous prestigious awards such as German Design, Plus X, and is the first in Turkish industry to receive the Red Dot Product Design, Design Management Europe, and Universal Design awards. As the first in the Turkish furniture industry to receive the IF Product Design and Good Design awards, Nurus is a powerful brand successfully representing Turkey in the world and ensuring the presence of Turkish designs on international platforms.
